When we issue refunds and when we do not.
Because translation is a custom professional service, refunds are handled case by case.
A full refund is available if you cancel within 2 hours of payment and work has not yet been assigned. Contact hello@breaksdesigns.com immediately with your order reference.
If work has begun but not been completed, a partial refund covering the unfinished portion may be arranged based on project status.
We do not issue refunds for completed and delivered translations or for rejections where the rejection was not caused by a translation error. We do not refund for preference changes after delivery.
If you believe a delivered translation contains significant errors, contact us within 7 days. We will provide either a corrected translation or a partial credit.
